Rates can vary based on time of year and seasons/holidays. Please check specific dates to determine price and be aware that the price cannot be confirmed until booking is complete..  If your dates are less than 7 days please call or email for availability. 

Policy and Fees

Current Monroe County law states there shall be no rentals of less than seven days in Marathon.    If you wish to extend your stay beyond the 7 day period, please contact us directly to confirm availability.  Please note that our rental agreement must be signed upon acceptance of the rental.

 

With all rentals, an additional $300 charge will be added for cleaning, along with 12.5%  tax.  Payment can be made by check, PayPal, Venmo, wire transfer
